Group Yoga Classes 


All group Yoga classes are designed to ensure that every student feels welcomed, and becomes part of a team of like minded people.

There is no competition or 'posing' in Yoga classes. Joining a group class is an ideal way to make friends, share experiences and further your knowledge of the Yoga journey. 

Unlike 'nosier' classes, Yoga affords you time to 'switch off' from the world outside and enjoy the experience of just 'being' in the present moment, whilst knowing that the benefits to mind and body are all encompassing.
